Returning Items<\/h3>

How do I return my order?<\/strong><\/p>

We hope you love your order, but understand there may be times when you need to return items to us. You can use this online returns form<\/u><\/a> to check if your order ID is eligible to be returned.<\/p>

Can I return products purchased in a bundle?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes you can, but please note, if you return individual items from a bundle, you break the special offer of that bundle.<\/p>

Products bought as part of bundle deals if returned separately, will result in the full price being charged for other items kept from the bundle.<\/p>

Your refund will be adjusted accordingly.<\/p>

How do I return a gift item?<\/strong><\/p>

If you have received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we recommend contacting the original purchaser as you'll need to know the order number, email address and postcode linked to the products, to be able to use the online returns form.<\/p>

To get your returns information head to the FAQ Contact page and input the order information in the My Order section. There\u2019s a question marked \u2018How do I return my order?\u2019.<\/p>

Fill in the drop down menus for all <\/strong>of the items you want to send back to us, click submit and you'll be able to retrieve a unique returns address and bar code for the items you want to send back to us.<\/p>

If you don't have a printer, simply write out the information by hand and you'll still be able to send items back to us. Make sure to include the number for the returns bar code so our team can process your items when they arrive back to our factory.<\/p>

Package them up, pop them in the post and we'll process your return\/ exchange request as soon as they arrive back to our factory.<\/p>

Can I exchange items after Christmas?<\/strong><\/p>

You won't find any Grinches here. From the 1st of November, orders that have been purchased or received as a gift for Christmas are eligible for return or exchange up until and including the 5th of January the following year.<\/p>

Please note: We cannot <\/strong>accept returns of custom products.<\/p>

Returns Policy<\/h3>

We hope you love your order, but understand there may be times when you need to return items to us. Just enter your order ID in the online returns form<\/a> found in the Help Centre<\/a> to see if your order is eligible to be returned. If you need any help, or have any questions about a return, please use the contact form to get in touch with the Teemill support team.<\/p>

You may cancel your order or return your products for free at any time, up until 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you.<\/p>

But, unless they are defective, we cannot accept returns of custom products, sample orders<\/strong>, or any products that have been washed <\/strong>or worn<\/strong>.<\/p>

We kindly ask that any items you return are clean, free from marks, and in a resellable condition. They should be free from signs of wear, such as pet hair, strong scents like perfume, or any other damage.<\/p>

Common Returns questions:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

Can I exchange an item for a different item?<\/strong><\/p>

We can only exchange like-for-like designs, for the same product in a different size or colour option shown on the returns form. If you'd prefer a different design or product style, we recommend sending your item back for a refund and placing a new order in the meantime.<\/p>

What if my exchange request is out of stock?<\/strong><\/p>

If the item is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer alternative exchange options. Where none are available, we will notify you of a refund on the item.<\/p>

Will I be charged for the exchange order?<\/strong><\/p>

We operate a free exchange policy and so you will not be charged.<\/p>

Please note, all orders destined for the EU are customs-free up to a value of \u20ac150. When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK, depending on the destination, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location. Any additional charges for customs and\/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.<\/p>

Will any import duties be refunded?<\/strong><\/p>

We're unable to refund any import duties paid on the original parcel.<\/p>

Can I return items from different orders together in one parcel?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes you can, but you must complete the online returns form for the items in each different order number and make sure to include all of the Customer Returns Label Reference Numbers on a note within the parcel, so that our returns team can process your requests.<\/p>

UK Returns:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

For UK orders we offer a Freepost address which you should receive in your returns label when you complete the online returns form. This means UK orders are free to return and you shouldn't need to pay any postage.<\/p>

If you don't have a printer, the email includes a QR code you can take to your local Post Office and they will scan it in for you.<\/p>

Make sure you request and keep a proof of postage receipt for tracking your parcel online.<\/p>

Alternatively, if the parcel fits, you can pop it back to us using your nearest post box, however, it's worth noting you won't have proof of postage for this, and returns may take slightly longer to arrive.<\/p>

EU\/Rest of the World Returns:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

Once you've completed the online returns form, received your returns label and have packaged up your items, you'll need to pay to post your parcel back to us. The cost of returning a parcel from outside the UK will vary by country. Processing Returns<\/h3>

Have you received my return?<\/strong><\/p>

You should allow up to 14 working days for your returns to arrive back to our factory, but we process your requests the same day they arrive.<\/p>

If you navigate through the FAQs to the section marked Other, there is a tracking system which will allow you to monitor whether your order has arrived back with us. This is the same system we use, so if the data shows your order hasn't arrived with us yet, we won't be able to provide more information.<\/p>
